• Do you include invoices?

  All order information is sent via email. No pricing information is included on any of the order slips. This makes it perfect for gift giving!

• How do I track my order?

  We will send you tracking information to your email address at the time of shipment. Occasionally this email may find your spam folder. To prevent that from happening add support (at) customenvy.com to your address book.

• How long does shipping take?

  Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Typically your item will arrive in 1-3 days after it is shipped for customers located in the USA.  International orders take 5-12 days.

• My tracking link isn't working

  We send tracking information at the time of shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping company to scan the package and activate your tracking link. You should see movement after 48 hours of your product being shipped.

• When will my order ship?

  Your order will ship in 1-4 business days. We will email you tracking information at the time of shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours to start seeing movement on your tracking. To get an estimated delivery date view the tracking link after 24 hours.

• Will my order arrive by Christmas?

  Our deadlines for guaranteed 2022 Christmas delivery have passed.  It is possible the item arrives in time but it's not guaranteed. We have instant delivery gift cards if you want to give the gift of custom this holiday season.
